3. Beta (Pilot Deployment)
Refactor the prototype into a secure, production-grade pilot environment. Deploy with automated Terraform IaC and run manual verification and performance auditing. Deliverable: Pilot Service.
4. Live (Production Rollout)
Scale the application horizontally, transition configuration to production environment parameters, configure SRE alerts, and hand over supporting documentation. Deliverable: Live System.
